USA EDD Support Lead

Key Responsibilities Gather and document EDD requirements for development teams. Support and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDDs prior to release. Collaborate with technical contacts and clients to ensure all EDD requirements are accurately met. Provide support for EDDs across various LIMS systems used in the USA. Identify and escalate EDD‐related issues, translating them into clear, actionable tasks. Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders. Populate and maintain CRM mappings as required. Qualifications & Requirements ERPIMS Certification required. Completion of FUDSChem Training. Strong knowledge of USA environmental reporting standards and regulations. Experience working with LIMS systems and EDD workflows preferred. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
