The role requires a versatile leader who can drive performance across decentralized, relationship-based sales channels and direct-to-consumer digital platforms.Auto and Marine Lending rely on field-based sales and embedded retail partnerships, requiring strong dealer/retailer relationship management and leadership of distributed national teams.
