Commercial Lending Operations Specialist

Target Range: $25.00/hr. - $30.50/hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets. The Commercial Lending Operations Specialist is responsible for processing draw requests, coordinating required evaluations, and supporting collateral and operational activities within Commercial Lending Operations. This role will also assume select responsibilities transitioning from Portfolio Management. Responsibilities Process and review advances and draw requests for accuracy and compliance Order and track Enterprise Evaluation (EV) Reports Assist with UCC filings, continuations, amendments, and searches Support PM tasks transitioning to CL Operations Participate in process improvement projects and workflow enhancements Collaborate with internal business units, including CRESL/PREF, RELF, and PFG Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 1 year's experience in commercial lending operations or financial services preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with Salesforce/nCino, JHA, UCC processes, or loan operations preferred Employee Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Sick Leave 3 weeks’ Vacation and Holidays (about 11 a year) HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self‑Directed Trading Equal Employment Opportunity: Axos is an Equal Opportunity employer.
