About the Role:

As a Community Outreach Liaison at Blossom ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for building relationships with families, schools, and community organizations to increase awareness of our ABA therapy services. Your expert outreach efforts will help us connect with individuals who may benefit from our evidence-based approach to understanding and modifying behavior. Community Outreach Liaison will also work closely with our therapists to ensure seamless transitions for our clients and provide ongoing support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to promote our ABA therapy services to families, schools, and community organizations

• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including families, educators, and community leaders

• Conduct presentations and workshops to educate audiences about ABA therapy and its benefits

• Collaborate with our therapy team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Analyze outreach data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Participate in marketing efforts and help maintain our organization's online presence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Psychology, Education, or Communications)

• Proven experience in outreach, marketing, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
