Sr Account Manager - Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry

Senior sales representative position focused on analytical instruments, specifically chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers including lab managers and executives
- Promote comprehensive portfolio of analytical instruments and consumables to customers
- Execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and mentor team members on sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years capital equipment sales experience in life sciences or analytical instruments
- Technical knowledge of molecular biology techniques including PCR and sequencing workflows
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills across all organizational levels
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50-80% within assigned territory
- Experience selling to government, academic, clinical, or industrial accounts preferred
Compensation: $112,450–$144,550 base plus variable annual bonus
