Bilingual Orientation Coordinator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Orientation Coordinator to join their team in Aurora, CO. As a Bilingual Orientation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting onboarding and ongoing check-ins for staffing employees working at a large manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting a diverse workforce, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new team members.

Job Title: Bilingual Orientation Coordinator

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Range: $25 per hour

Shift: Day Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Conduct on-site orientation sessions for new staffing employees at the manufacturing site.
• Perform regular check-ins with staffing employees to ensure engagement and address any concerns.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with team members and management to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences.
• Participate in training sessions, including the upcoming Alchemy training scheduled for Monday.

What's Needed?

• Fluent bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in onboarding, staffing, or coordination roles is a plus.
• Availability to start promptly and commit to the scheduled training and onboarding activities.
