Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure alignment across various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and performance.
• Implement best practices in program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct program evaluations and assessments to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale programs and projects.
