AVP of Commercial Services

Compensation starting at $105,900 annually 

Community Choice Credit Union is seeking an experienced lending leader to oversee our Business and Commercial Lending functions. The AVP of Commercial Services will lead the Commercial Lending and Commercial Operations teams while driving portfolio growth, managing risk and delivering an exceptional member experience.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute strategies supporting business, commercial and SBA lending.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing lending and operations teams.
• Ensure loans are appropriately structured, documented and compliant.
• Monitor portfolio performance, concentration levels and emerging risks.
• Strengthen member relationships through referrals and expanded financial solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of progressive business and commercial lending experience.
• 5–7 years of related management and credit-analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, SBA financing and cash-management services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, budgets and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and leadership skills.
