Objectives:

Prepare the treatment area for an exceptional patient experience

Assist in presenting treatment plans, and educating patients on the importance of their patient journey

Greet patients and assist with completing necessary consent forms and documentation

Prepare patients for treatments, including cleansing the skin, prepping the skin and providing pre-procedure instructions

Assist with cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox injections, dermal filler injections, laser treatments, and facial rejuvenation procedures

Provide post-procedure care instructions and ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies

Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking treatment rooms as needed

Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service at all times

Required Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant is a plus!
