Senior Administrative Assistant Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders within the Global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development functions of the People & Organization team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to department leadership, managing complex administrative activities, coordinating operational priorities, and helping drive the successful execution of key business initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, exercise sound judgment, and can effectively balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality, you will be well-positioned for success in this role. You will regularly interact with executives, employees, candidates, and external stakeholders, playing a critical role in supporting department operations and contributing to the success of our People & Organization team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple senior leaders within the Global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Development teams.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day administrative activities.
- Coordinate executive and leadership candidate interviews and support a seamless candidate experience.
- Plan and support department meetings, off-sites, team events, and other business activities.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative transactions while maintaining accurate records and tracking.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business materials.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle highly confidential employee, candidate, compensation, and organizational information with discretion and professionalism.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
- Experience managing complex calendars, meetings, and executive scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and managing invoices.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while effectively supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People & Organization functions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, expense management, and invoice processing systems.
- Experience supporting department projects, events, and operational initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
