Senior Administrative Assistant

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders within the Global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development functions of the People & Organization team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to department leadership, managing complex administrative activities, coordinating operational priorities, and helping drive the successful execution of key business initiatives.

You will regularly interact with executives, employees, candidates, and external stakeholders, playing a critical role in supporting department operations and contributing to the success of our People & Organization team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple senior leaders within the Global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Development teams.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Coordinate executive and leadership candidate interviews and support a seamless candidate experience.
  • Plan and support department meetings, off-sites, team events, and other business activities.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative transactions while maintaining accurate records and tracking.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business materials.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Handle highly confidential employee, candidate, compensation, and organizational information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, meetings, and executive scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and managing invoices.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People & Organization functions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, expense management, and invoice processing systems.
  • Experience supporting department projects, events, and operational initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $31.73/hour to $39.90/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
