Junior Recruiter

What You'll Do Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other channels. Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements. Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS. Communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process. Support recruiting reports, trackers, and other projects as needed. What You'll Bring 2–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, and high volume requisitions at a time. Experience with ATS (Greenhouse is a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, or Indeed preferred. AEC industry recruiting experience is a plus. Compensation The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $50,000-$65,000/yr . Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location. WHY CHOOSE US?
