The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate residential real estate closings for builders, banks, mortgage companies, and private lenders Work closely with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to ensure smooth transactions Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of law firm real estate closing experience Strong knowledge of closings and ability to manage a high volume of closings Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized Excellent communication and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Total Compensation: $70,000+ Competitive compensation based on experience level, plus potential for significant bi-annual bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans #J-18808-Ljbffr
