Material Handler

Pay: $21.50-25.50
Location: North East Tulsa
Hours: Weekend Shift: 6am-6pm, Fri, Sat, Sun

A growing manufacturer is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Material Handler Inventory Control professional to join a clean, climate-controlled sheet metal fabrication and assembly facility.

This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, stored, and delivered throughout the production process. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a team-focused environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials using handheld scan gun technology
  • Stock and transfer materials to designated locations throughout the facility
  • Pick parts and stage materials for production and shipping
  • Safely load and unload trucks and trailers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support workflow
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scan guns
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
