This role is for someone who brings strong design instincts, takes ownership of their work, and uses AI tools as a natural part of the creative process to move faster and produce stronger output. What You’ll Do Design layouts and artwork for printed materials including publications, newsletters, flyers, and catalogs, ensuring every deliverable meets client‑specific requirements and brand standards Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, generate creative variations, enhance imagery, support copywriting for design context, and streamline production workflows — integrating AI into your creative process as a standard working method Create online deliverables including email campaign creative and the development and maintenance of client websites Take ownership of projects from concept through release, maintaining creativity, quality, consistency, and relevance at every stage Ensure production deadlines are met, guidelines and procedures are followed, and quality control measures are implemented across all active projects Assist in leading and maintaining creative projects across multiple clients simultaneously, applying your design expertise to meet diverse requirements Collaborate effectively with the broader team, communicating clearly and contributing to a high‑quality, client‑focused creative environment What Sets You Apart Proficiency in design software including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — with a portfolio that showcases your creative range and technical capability An AI‑native mindset.
