What You’ll Do

You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Onsite Manager to ensure our community remains in peak condition. Your daily impact includes:

• Curb Appeal & Grounds: Maintaining a "5-star" first impression through light landscaping, groundskeeping, and ensuring common areas are pristine.
• The "Turn" Process: Partnering with the team to transition vacant units into "rent-ready" status through painting, cleaning, and light mechanical prep.
• Systems Support: Assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks under professional supervision.
• Customer Excellence: Providing top-tier service to our residents, ensuring their homes are well-maintained and their concerns are addressed promptly.
