Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients. Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Process applications, renewals, and any changes in policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Meet production goals and objectives. Maintain knowledge of new products. Be outstanding at relationship building to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
