Position Summary

SPRIX USA is seeking a Program Operations and Partnerships Manager to oversee educational program delivery, field operations, staff supervision, and partnership development. This role combines hands-on program leadership with responsibility for expanding relationships with schools, districts, community organizations, and other partners.

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing people, improving systems, supporting classroom launches, communicating with families and school administrators, and helping move qualified partnership opportunities from initial outreach through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Program and Field Operations

Oversee the delivery of SPRIX Programming, SPRIX Calculation, and related educational content.

Coordinate classroom schedules, staffing, equipment, facilities, attendance, and launch logistics.

Maintain high standards for student engagement, classroom discipline, instructional quality, and program consistency.

Identify and resolve operational issues affecting program delivery, enrollment, or retention.

Provide classroom instruction and student support when needed.

Staff Leadership

Recruit, onboard, schedule, supervise, and support instructors and field staff.

Assign responsibilities, coordinate coverage, and provide coaching and performance feedback.

Maintain onboarding materials, operating procedures, training resources, and required staff clearances.

Partnerships and Growth

Serve as an operational contact for schools, districts, charter networks, community organizations, and other partners.

Develop existing relationships to increase enrollment, participation, and classroom activity.

Identify prospective partners and support outreach, meetings, proposals, presentations, contract discussions, and follow-up.

Help move approved opportunities from proposal through implementation and program launch.

Support territory planning, pipeline management, and enrollment and revenue goals.

Enrollment and Family Communication

Support student recruitment and enrollment through directly operated and partner programs.

Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding enrollment, schedules, attendance, and class-related matters.

Assist with school events, orientations, demonstrations, outreach campaigns, and retention efforts.

Academic Alignment Compliance and Reporting

Support the alignment of SPRIX content with California standards and district priorities, including mathematics, coding, financial literacy, and critical thinking.

Assist with facility-use applications, insurance documentation, instructor clearances, and school or district compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate staffing, enrollment, attendance, sales, and partnership records and submit weekly activity reports.

Help improve scheduling, timekeeping, customer management, and operational reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in program operations, education, school partnerships, business development, or a related field.

Experience supervising, training, or coordinating employees.

Strong organization, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple locations, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships.

Comfort using spreadsheets, shared documents, scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and project-management systems.

Experience with K-12 schools, after-school programs, or school-district requirements is preferred.

Reliable transportation and ability to complete applicable background checks, clearances, and required training.
