CDL A No Experience Regional Company Driver

Position based in Roanoke, VA for 10-4 Logistics USA’s Eastern Regional Fleet. This full-time regional dry van role is intended for recent CDL-A graduates and includes paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options. Drivers earn $850 per week during training. After successful completion of the mentor program, drivers are assigned their own truck with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
- Satisfactory driving record
