Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing individualized care plans tailored to their personal circumstances and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive transformation in clients’ lives.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices in the mental health field.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other social workers, to deliver integrated mental healthcare and robust support services for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders, as well as those managing co-occurring mental health issues. You will be integral in providing compassionate care to clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma-related symptoms. This role requires a sensitive approach to understanding the unique challenges faced by this vulnerable population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
