Fox Motors has a Receptionist opening in Macomb, Mi at Fox Subaru Macomb. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing a welcoming experience to all customers, vendors, and community members.

Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
• Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
• Assists with administrative duties as requested.

Skills and experience include the following.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
