Operations Support Specialist
We're Hiring: Operations Support Specialist Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team and help keep our programs, facilities, processes, and operations running effectively. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting compliance, and keeping multiple priorities moving forward.
We're seeking someone who is organized, dependable, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple responsibilities. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Operations
- Program administration
- Compliance
- Contract administration
- Office administration
- Workforce development
Postsecondary education, technical training, certifications, or additional relevant experience is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
