Job TitleQuality InspectorPrimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of quality concepts in a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and similar equipmentInspect, reject or accept product according to visual standard, weight, tally and other Q.C. requirementsDocumentation and recordkeepingControl the removal of monogram from non-conforming productWear appropriate PPEComply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and proceduresComply with all HSE policies, guidelines and proceduresComply with all Quality policies, guidelines and proceduresOther duties as assignedEducation & Experience QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentThree years of verifiable work experience, preferred in manufacturing environmentJob RequirementsFlexibility to work 2-week rotating schedule 7:00am - 7:00pm.Factory environment with large range in temperature changesStanding, walking, & Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours dailyRepetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours dailyLifting weights up to 50 lbs.
