Acquisitions Program Manager

INCATechis looking for an Acquisitions Program Manager with experience to lead an acquisition/contracts support team that directly supports complex federal government acquisition programs/projects. WORK LOCATION: Washington D.C. local area, hybrid upon approval. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide proactive leadership and technical direction to all personnel. Coordinate and direct project activities. Perform management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms. Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Submit all deliverables on time and within compliance of the contract. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Related Experience: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity. Experience understanding a client's business, organization, and objectives. Experience managing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Acquisition/Contracts experience; experience as Warranted Contract Officer. Experience supporting service delivery contracts and mission critical programs. Proficient with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FEMA Acquisition Manual (FAM), Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), and Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM). PREFERRED Master’s Degree. Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), and/or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC- P/PM) certification Level III.
