Check Out Coordinator-Optometry Office

Advanced Vision Care

Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

Checking patients out after their appointments

Assigning insurance information to patient invoices

Collecting copays, deductibles & outstanding balances

Scheduling future appointments

Answering & directing phone calls

Providing excellent customer service to our patients

Qualifications:

Previous medical or optometry office experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail & accuracy

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional, friendly, & reliable
