Residential Project Manager

Residential Construction Project ManagerRepresenting a leader in the residential construction industry, we are searching for an experienced residential construction project manager to join their team. You will be asked to provide a projects list documenting your residential experience in the 6,000 sq.ft. (MINIMUM) arena. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Compiling and planning budgets, cost estimates and other financial estimates; and coordinating, planning, and managing schedules for contractors and subcontractorsConducting site checks to monitor progress and quality standards; and developing construction project with architect, engineers, and trade workersCollaborating with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project; and negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreementsAllocating and managing resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projectsOrdering and managing materials and equipment, and providing internal reporting and projections for inventoryPerforming the tasks of a cost estimator, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budgetOverseeing construction projects from beginning to end, and managing the budget and estimate costsSupervising construction project progress and providing reports on timeline, progress, and adjustmentsEnsuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.Successful candidates MUST be able to:Assist with material selectionsManaging artisan subcontractorsMaintain financial discipline on the projectWork closely with Wall Street ownersSalary commensurate with experience BONUS
