Platforms and Devices Enterprise Commercialization Program Manager We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the Platform and Devices Enterprise solutions portfolio. Working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners is essential. Preferred working locations: San Francisco, CA, USA; Austin, TX, USA; Chicago, IL, USA; New York, NY, USA. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in stakeholder management. Experience with Go‑To‑Market strategies. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects. Experience in change‑management communications. Experience in storytelling. Responsibilities Translate complex product roadmaps into clear commercial strategies, optimizing release processes to accelerate enterprise purchasing and reduce friction. Act as the strategic bridge connecting Product, Marketing, and Sales, aligning executive stakeholders around a unified market narrative. Equip internal sellers, OEMs, and channel partners with high‑impact collateral (pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks) and targeted training to confidently articulate value and overcome objections. Guide the field and customers through major product transitions or deprecations, developing proactive strategies to mitigate churn, managing high‑stakes escalations, and uncovering timely upsell opportunities. Leverage product usage and pipeline data to drive targeted adoption campaigns, identifying economies of scale to build repeatable, systemic GTM processes across the P&D portfolio.
