Human Resources Manager

Divergent Alliance is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations from our Algonquin, Illinois office. This role manages the full employee lifecycle across a multi-state workforce, including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training and compliance. Pay Range: $85,000- $115,000 We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, paid company holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage full-cycle onboarding, including high-volume onboarding for project and emergency response mobilizations Administer employee benefits programs, enrollment and carrier relationships Maintain employee records, I-9 compliance and certification tracking across multiple states Partner with payroll on multi-state and union payroll requirements Develop and coordinate training programs including orientation and compliance training Support employee relations, engagement and retention initiatives Maintain the employee handbook and ensure policy compliance in all operating states Partner with Safety on training records and certification currency Support recruiting and offer administration

QUALIFICATIONS

Five or more years of progressive human resources experience Multi-state HR experience required; union or prevailing wage exposure preferred Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA and multi-state wage and hour requirements Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Divergent Alliance
