Accounting Manager

Overview Accounting Manager at Lyons National Bank, based out of the Geneva Operations Center. Responsibilities Manage the Accounting Department to ensure proper control of all bank accounting, finance, and related activities. Implement strategies to achieve department goals as part of the Finance & Control Services Division's annual operating plan and ensure compliance with operating policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Directly supervise assigned personnel, communicate with appropriate management and staff, and provide periodic reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field of study. Minimum of five (5) years of related experience and specialist bank finance education and training. Salary range $58,240 to $81,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
