Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Professional to join their team. As a Human Resources (HR) Professional, you will be part of the Employee Support Department supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay Range: $22/hr - $25/hr

What's the Job?

• Handle telephonic and electronic inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide direct resolutions or route inquiries to relevant departments efficiently.
• Navigate multiple HR systems to identify resources and ensure thorough case documentation.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully both verbally and in writing.
• Support a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment focused on delivering exceptional employee care.

• Proficiency in HR systems and technology tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
