Position Summary

The Technology Operations & Solutions Analyst serves as the bridge between restaurant operations and technology, ensuring the systems that power our restaurants remain stable, efficient, and scalable.

This role partners across Information Technology, Operations, Training, and Support Center teams to improve restaurant technology through operational support, process improvement, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and leveraging technology to simplify the day-to-day experience for our restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Operations

• Serve as a primary point of escalation for complex technology issues impacting restaurant operations.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes, recommend long-term corrective actions, and reduce recurring issues.
• Coordinate software, hardware, and technology deployments across restaurant and Support Center environments.
• Monitor technology performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability.
• Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and deployment of technology equipment.
• Provide after-hours support for critical technology incidents as needed.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Design and implement technology solutions that improve operational performance across the organization.
• Develop automation tools, workflows, and utilities that increase team productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Utilize AI technologies (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms) to streamline documentation, automate repetitive tasks, improve troubleshooting, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational trends and support metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Recommend and maintain standard operating procedures that improve consistency and service delivery.

Project Coordination

• Support cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate technology rollouts and assist with change management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Partner with Training to develop resources that improve adoption of new technologies and reduce support requests.
• Represent the Technology team on assigned projects, providing operational and technical input throughout implementation.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting business technology or IT operations.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, business applications, and hardware.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting retail or restaurant technology environments.
• Experience developing automation using Python, PowerShell, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, etc.) to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, or endpoint management tools.
• Familiarity with project implementation or technology deployment activities.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and enterprise technology environments.
