Position Overview People, Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community. Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24‑hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. Available Positions and Rates WE ALSO HAVE PT / PER DIEM AND WEEKEND WARRIOR AVAILABLE LPN Part/Full Time $36.50 / Hourly | LPN – Per Diem $32.00 / Hourly RN Part/Full Time $43.50 / Hourly | RN- Per Diem $40.00 / Hourly

LPN WEEKEND WARRIOR $42.25

Responsibilities Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visit facilitation, medication distribution while maintaining human rights. Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans. Use de‑escalation and crisis management techniques when required to maintain safety. Requirements Valid MA LPN or RN license. Pass criminal background check and hold a valid driver’s license. Complete TB screening and Physical upon hire and TB update every two years thereafter.
