Guide guests through the menu, take and process orders, and ensure a high standard of service and presentation. Create moments for our guests as they experience Hive! Menu Knowledge:
- Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, suggest items, and up-sell.
- Take and enter orders into the POS system accurately.
- Check IDs for guests under 30.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including discounts and guest info.
- Ensure food and beverage quality meets guest expectations.
- Package and deliver take-home items.
- Communicate guest feedback and complaints to management.
- Ensure tables are set with polished glassware, flatware, china, and napkins.
- Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, respond quickly to spills.
- Manage table configuration for party sizes, perform pre-bussing, and restock as needed.
- Follow sanitation and safety standards.
- Practice safe food handling, storage, and handling procedures.
- Complete required training and maintain clean equipment.
- Produce accurate orders and meet sales goals.
- Develop repeat guest relationships through excellent service.
- Protect company assets with accurate cash handling and safe practices.
- Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance.

- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 5-7 hours.

- Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and holidays.
- Awareness of potential hazards (cuts, burns, slips).
- Ability to work closely with other staff and adapt to a dynamic environment.
