About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its flagship acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospital leadership, with a focus on operational excellence, revenue cycle management, and the ability to foster strong relationships with physicians and staff. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading the organization through a period of growth and expansion. A key aspect of the role is to be a visible and approachable leader, engaging with all levels of the hospital community.
