You will handle all requisitions for the departments assigned; in addition report the real time status of order fulfillment. Reports To: Warehouse Manager Work Location: 2001 Proenergy Blvd., Sedalia, MO 65301 Position Responsibilities Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Coordinates inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities in order to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs Required Qualifications High School diploma/GED and more than 6 months of general work experience; Additional experience may be considered in lieu of H.S. education. Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa. Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check. Desired Qualifications Experience in a similar industry is strongly preferred Strong overall technical background Strong process skills and discipline Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to deal with multiple priorities within demanding time constraints Demonstrated skills and ability to succeed in a team environment Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
