THE ROLE:

Drive net-new business growth across the US by proactively prospecting, hunting and developing relationships with enterprise organisations that fit the company’s ideal customer profile, including businesses with significant IT estates and technology lifecycle requirements. Own and develop the full sales cycle, building, managing and nurturing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities from initial outreach through to meetings, proposals, negotiation and close, engaging senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, technology and sustainability leaders. Create and execute effective business development campaigns using modern sales technology, AI and prospecting platforms to identify opportunities, develop compelling messaging around ITAD, secure data management, asset recovery, refurbishment, recertification and the circular economy, while intelligently nurturing longer sales cycles. Represent the business commercially and autonomously through client meetings, industry events and trade shows, taking ownership of opportunities and working closely with senior leadership where required within a fast-growth, performance-led environment.

THE PERSON:

Proven B2B new-business experience within ITAD, managed services, technology, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, reverse logistics or a closely related environment, with a strong understanding of enterprise technology buyers and the ability to engage the right senior stakeholders. A genuine sales hunter and confident closer, with a track record of generating net-new business, managing consultative sales cycles, nurturing opportunities and taking ownership from initial contact through to commercial close. Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and hands-on, comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment without layers of corporate bureaucracy, with the energy and determination to make the calls, send the outreach, chase opportunities and do what is required to win. Tech-savvy, self-motivated and accountable, comfortable using AI and modern sales technology, working remotely with high levels of engagement and communication, building relationships with senior leadership and high-energy personalities, and consistently thinking and acting like an owner.
