About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that align with the company's strategic and financial objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the operating model, leading the monthly forecasting process, and driving the annual budgeting process. This role requires a leader with a broad strategic mindset, innate curiosity, and strong experience in financial planning processes and systems, particularly in a SaaS at scale environment. The VP will also be tasked with providing cross-functional support, strategic financial planning, and leading a team to ensure the company's financial objectives are met. Candidates for the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred, and a minimum of 10-15 years' of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a significant portion in a leadership role. Experience in SaaS at scale and with Private Equity is a must. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in producing timely and accurate financial models, project management, and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to their work.
