Title: Phlebotomist I

Contract Duration: 3+ months.

Hrs/Wk: 40.00hrs

Location: 19586 10Th Ave Ne, Poulsbo WA 98370

Pay Rate: $20/ Hr to $22.00/ Hr on W2.

Shift/Time Zone:Site: 8a-5p Pacific Standard Time

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Work Experience:

Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.

Additional Job Details: Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

State of Credentials Licenses Required: Washington State Phlebotomist License
