Position: Doctor of Chiropractic Location: Rotating between the Montgomery and Prattville location Schedule: Predictable schedule with strong work-life balance Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 for 4 day work week (on average) About Us Our Chiropractors are committed to helping patients retain their progress , not just relieve pain. Role Overview We are seeking a doctor who is clinically skilled, personable , and really good at simplifying complex terminology . The ideal candidate can confidently adjust patients and make complex information simple , helping patients understand that chiropractic isn’t about treating pain — it’s about correcting the underlying structural issues that cause pain. Core Responsibilities Deliver consistent, high‑quality chiropractic adjustments Educate patients on structural alignment, long‑term wellness, and the phases of care Help patients transition through Relief → Retrain → Retain care phases Document treatments accurately and efficiently (minimal requirements) Collaborate with a supportive administrative and front‑desk team Participate in internal training, communication skill development, and clinic improvement Maintain a warm, professional, and patient‑centered clinic environment What Makes You a Great Fit 1.
