First Step Communities
First Step Communities is seeking a Client Support Associate (CSA) for the Grove location in Sacramento, CA. This on-call, as-needed role involves monitoring clients, ensuring safety, coordinating meals and resources, and guiding clients to available services to help end their cycle of homelessness. Reporting to the Program Manager, CSAs work with transitional-age youth (18–24) experiencing homelessness, maintain daily activity logs, support conflict resolution, and collaborate with staff to #J-18808-Ljbffr First Step Communities
