What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional time at TDW SmashZone. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensuring they feel at home.
• Assisting guests with game setup, rules, and any questions they may have.
• Providing excellent service by anticipating guest needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the venue.
• Supporting private events and corporate team-building activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborating with teammates to create a fun, high-energy atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and teammates effectively.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability, motivation, and a willingness to contribute to a growing business.
• A passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for others.
