Digital Ops, Associate Tester

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Digital Operations Associate Tester to support quality assurance for decentralized clinical trial platforms and applications. The role involves test planning, documentation, execution, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure reliable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review technical requirements and analyze testing approaches for platform deployments
• Attend design meetings to understand technology requirements and prepare testing solutions
• Lead test planning, documentation, execution, error reporting, and verification activities
• Conduct regression testing per control guidelines and support quality assurance efforts
• Support existing business applications and provide end-user training and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma with five years relevant work experience
• System testing experience and test documentation writing ability
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new software and concepts quickly
• Clinical trial experience preferred
• Working knowledge of JIRA, SDLC, and AI platforms preferred
