Field Sales Representative

Location: Durango, CO Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Limited Travel Compensation: $78,000 average first-year income | Six-figure earning potential

TF Partners Inc. is Hiring! We're seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This full-time opportunity offers flexibility, uncapped income, and a chance to make a real impact by helping individuals and businesses access affordable health benefit solutions. What We Offer:

Average $78,000 first-year income
Uncapped commissions + monthly performance bonuses
Residual income with lifetime vesting
Flexible work hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm)

What You'll Do:

Consult with business owners, HR leaders, and employees to offer benefit solutions
Build client relationships through face-to-face interactions
Match clients with appropriate plans that meet their needs
Train and support new team members as you grow
Attend weekly meetings and development sessions
Represent TF Partners in your local territory as a trusted advisor
