Sr. Service Sales RepresentativeA major HVAC equipment manufacturer is looking for a Sr. Service Sales Representative with experience and knowledge to partner with high level leadership in an established territory in the Dallas-Fort Worth TX market.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTarget owner direct selling preventative maintenance contracts and service projectsStrong desire to hunt for new customers and be out in front of customers regularlyDevelop a pipeline of future sales opportunitiesStrong technical acumen as it relates to HVAC mechanical serviceDirect Sales PlanningCoordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staffLocal TravelEducation QualificationsHigh School Diploma requiredBusiness or technical degree preferred or strong HVAC technical backgroundExperience Qualifications5+ years of professional sales service experienceCompetitor experience in commercial HVAC industryStrong communication skillsPrior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contractsDemonstrated sales successExceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solvingBenefits OfferedBase Salary Target 75-95K (can flex) with estimated W2 130+Healthcare Benefits / Retirement Plan
