Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled CNO Developer to join our Virtualization Team supporting mission‑critical cyber operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in low‑level systems programming, embedded development, and Windows internals, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges in secure and virtualized environments. Core Tasks Develop and maintain low‑level software in C, targeting Windows platforms and embedded systems. Apply deep understanding of Windows internals to support the development of stealthy and resilient capabilities. Implement and optimize memory management techniques for performance and stability in constrained environments. Analyze and implement network protocols, including secure communication layers such as SSL/TLS. Perform reverse engineering and debugging of binaries to identify issues, understand behavior, and enhance functionality. Collaborate with team members to integrate capabilities into virtualized environments and support mission deployment. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables. Desired Skills Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or rapid prototyping. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM). Exposure to malware analysis, exploit development, or CNO toolchains. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in CNO‑related work.
