As a Registered Nurse (Rn) with Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and compassionate environment, providing high-quality patient care to individuals in our Newton, New Jersey location. We are seeking dedicated and skilled rns to join our team on various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitoring patient progress, identifying potential complications, and adjusting care plans as needed
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Responsibilities as an Rn:

• Conduct initial patient assessments, identifying medical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient goals and outcomes
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practice development and program evaluation

Requirements:

• Current rn licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Bsn) or related field
