YogaSix in Glen Mills, PA is looking for an energetic and passionate Assistant Studio Manager to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love of wellness with your leadership skills in a vibrant, community-driven studio environment. - Support the Studio Manager in daily studio operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming member experience
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail transactions to meet and exceed studio revenue goals
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training front desk staff and instructors
- Manage class schedules, instructor bookings, and studio calendar coordination
- Resolve member concerns and inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety standards, and brand presentation
- Execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow studio membership
- 1-2 years of experience in a fitness, wellness, or retail management or supervisory role
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to meet membership and revenue targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a positive studio culture
- Proficiency with studio management software (Mindbody or similar platforms a plus)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Genuine passion for yoga, fitness, and overall health and wellness
