Implementation Manager

Leading the customer-facing implementation efforts, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage multiple concurrent provider practice launches on Counterpart Assistant, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the customer relationship through implementation, serving as the primary point of contact from project kickoff to post-launch Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent implementations, aligning internal and customer teams on scope, timeline, and status Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process by refining playbooks, tooling, and templates to enhance customer experience Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of successful launches 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations, particularly with EHR standard integrations Strong project management skills, with the ability to track plans and drive accountability across diverse teams Technical judgment to diagnose integration issues and manage project scope effectively Motivated by process improvement, with a history of proposing and adopting better approaches to workflows
