In this role, you will deliver professional, timely food and beverage service across multiple restaurant venues, each offering distinctive service styles and experiences. You'll build meaningful connections with residents, family members, and guests—sharing insights on innovative, ever-changing menus, discussing our scratch kitchen approach, and guiding guests through our elevated food and beverage program. While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, Mather reserves the right to revise the job or to require that other or different tasks be performed as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSRequired:Excellent interaction and communication skills.Demonstrates completion of assigned duties through effective teamwork.Strong hospitality service skills and a passion for interacting with people.English language proficiency.Preferred:1 year or more of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.Prior service experience in dining environment.Level 4 LobsterInk Certification.2 or more years of server experience in an upscale restaurant.Event server knowledge and experience.Foundational level of wine knowledge.The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions.
