About the Company Archie McPhee Wholesale (Accoutrements LLC) is a novelty and gift company with over 40 years of creating distinctive, humor-driven products sold through specialty retail, gift, and pop culture channels nationwide. Famous for Finger Hand Finger Puppets, Bigfoot Air Freshener, and Yodelling Pickle, we have approximately 350 active wholesale SKUs and a loyal, well-established customer base. Role Overview Sales Manager – responsible for owning and growing the wholesale business, managing the independent rep network, developing new retail relationships, and driving revenue across wholesale channels. Responsibilities Manage independent rep network. Develop new retail relationships. Drive revenue across wholesale channels. Contribute to category and packaging decisions. Qualifications Experience in wholesale sales management, preferably in gift, novelty, toy, housewares, or adjacent consumer product categories. Familiarity with the independent rep group model. Product instincts and genuine interest in contributing to category and packaging decisions. Strong communicator, self-directed, and comfortable in a small company environment. CRM software experience is a plus. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. PTO and paid holidays. Compensation & Location Full‑time, starting at $90,000 annually + performance bonus.
