Accounting Manager - Real Estate

Scottsdale, AZ (Open to Relo) Our client is a fast-growing construction and real estate development company is looking to add a new Senior Accountant role focused on financial reporting. Role is flexible up to a Supervisor or Manager level. Salary: Up to $120k + 10-15% target bonus Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements for multiple entities, properties, and joint ventures. Assist with consolidated financial statement preparation, including elimination entries and consolidation schedules. Serve as a point of contact for external auditors during annual audits and interim procedures. Support capital call funding processes; prepare sources and uses reports Assist with monitoring project status, capital expenditures, profitability and cost trends. Review project cost activity, indirect cost allocations, capitalized costs, and fixed asset transactions. Requirements: Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant accounting, technical accounting, corporate accounting or financial reporting experience Public accounting experience preferred (but not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Alliance Resource Group
